Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a unique blend of modern rooms in a traditional setting with a beautiful garden and breakfast room facing Mt. Fuji. The service is exceptional, going above and beyond to cater to individual needs. The location provides easy access to key attractions while immersing guests in the beauty of Japanese folklore and nature.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful mix of old Japanese charm with modern comfort. The rooms, though a bit dated and overpriced, provided a cozy and relaxing environment. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to cater to my needs. The location, while not in the main town, was convenient for exploring the area. The dining experience with a view of Mount Fuji was delicious, and the facilities were equally impressive.
I was thrilled with the private onsen in my room at this ryokan, but the lack of room options was a bit disappointing. The attentive service and helpful staff made my stay truly delightful, though there was a small issue with water streaming in the room. The location, while a bit far from the lake and railway stations, offered stunning views of the lake. The Japanese delicacies served at the dining area were a highlight, although the exit sign lights made the room less dark for sleeping.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the private hot spring. However, I found that the quality of the rooms did not quite match that of the common spaces. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very kind and even serving us green tea. The location, while a bit far from the lake and railway stations, was within walking distance of restaurants, konbinis, and Lake Kawaguchi, offering a nice city getaway experience with a private Onsen. The dining experience was fantastic, with specially designed dishes by the Chef and an authentic Japanese touch, though it lacked options for those seeking Halal ingredients. The facilities were satisfactory, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The rooms were not as impressive as the pictures showed, but still very clean. The service was top-notch, going the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The location was convenient, offering beautiful views of Mount Fuji. The dining was good, though there is room for improvement. Overall, a beautiful and accommodating hotel.
My stay at this Ryokan was amazing! From the private onsen in the room that was great for us Brits to the impeccable service, delicious food, beautiful design, and convenient pick-up service at the station, everything was top-notch. The walkways to the rooms added a nice touch to the experience.
